Spring is such a magical time in Atlanta, giving us a short period where we can enjoy the warming temps before the brutal summer humidity kicks in. If you are looking for the best way to make the most of this time, you might want to consider checking out a festival. We have so many great events happening that let you celebrate this amazing city while gathering with your community. As an Atlanta family photographer, I love working with my clients to make sure they can make memories throughout every season. Here are the Atlanta spring festivals to add to your calendar!
Piedmont Park, Atlanta, Georgia
The Atlanta Dogwood Festival takes place at Piedmont Park in Spring in mid-April. This celebration has something for everyone, offering live music, art exhibitions, a local makers’ market, and a mimosa 5K. There’s also a village just for kids where they can enjoy arts and crafts as well as face painting.
